Kaitlyn Williams is an award winning singer and songwriter from Denver, CO. She currently writes, arranges, and leads her own band who’s opened up for artists like The Foo Fighters, Dirty Loops, and Durand Jones. She has performed stages like Red Rocks Amphitheater, and even venues across the country like Jazz at Lincoln Center.

She is a classically trained musician having graduated from the highly renowned Indiana University Jacobs School of Music (under the direction of Dr. David Baker). Kaitlyn was a Jazz Studies major with a concentration in voice and was previously under the tutelage of Teresa Kubiak, world-renowned Metropolitan Opera star. She has performed alongside artists including Bobby McFerrin, Kurt Elling, John Clayton, Darmon Meader, Kate McGarry, Sunny Wilkinson, and Janis Siegel of The Manhattan Transfer.

Kaitlyn has been teaching music and vocal coaching since 2018. She is passionate about her students in every sense of the word. Her goals as a teacher are to help people find their true musical voices and facilitate any and every dream a student has. From Taylor Swift, to Stevie Wonder, Kaitlyn is excited to witness and celebrate the bravery it takes to be your most authentic self with such a vulnerable thing like singing.

When Kaitlyn isn’t being musical you can find her exploring the world. She loves to travel and revel in the earth’s beauty. One of Kaitlyn’s favorite things to do is watch the sunset because frankly, she’s not enough of an early bird to see the sunrise.
