With a Bachelor’s in Marketing and further studies in Psychology, Jennifer brings her 15+ years of unique experience in Operations, Consultative Sales & Executive Supporting roles to the Administrative Team at Songbird. As a Sales & Client Relationship Manager, she led the continuity of office sales’ leads in a fast-paced start-up environment while working cross-functionally to strengthen the company’s value proposition and build strong enduring relationships. She supervised a team of six Client Service/ Administrative Assistants, provided ongoing training and optimized resourceful workflows to achieve consistent high-quality standards.
Jennifer joined the Songbird team in December 2019 and is thrilled to be part of a talented force of musicians who bring so much joy to others. She is a true believer that singing and creating has a positive therapeutic effect on ones’ soul emotionally and cognitively. She’s truly dedicated to her work at Songbird and is passionate about helping everyone succeed. We are thrilled to have her on our team.
Music has always been a part of Jennifer’s life. Growing up in a house of musicians where tunes were always playing, she learned early on how music affected her emotions and how deep-rooted a connection it has had to different aspects of her life. She loves how listening to her favorite artist can raise you, make you reflect and comfort you through hard times.
Jennifer’s passion for animals and the love of learning is a big part of who she is. She plans to continue her studies in Digital Marketing as well as Positive Reinforcement Behavioral Science, and exploring new avenues to help animal rescue organizations. She rejuvenates by spending time with her Chihuahua and husband, exploring the city and the beautiful sites of the Bay Area.
