Alexandra Lionetti

Associate Vocal Coach

Alexandra’s love for music began at the age of five when her parents noticed her singing Disney princess songs all around the house. Growing up, she studied under both classical and contemporary vocal coaches. In high school she was chosen to perform in a group called the LA Hip Kids, singing and dancing at popular Los Angeles entertainment spots including City Walk at Universal Studios, Sony Studios, Knots Berry Farm, Ronald McDonald Foundation, and more. After singing with her high school choir at venues such as the Walt Disney Concert Hall, Alex competed with her high school jazz group at the Cuesta College Vocal Jazz Festival where her solo “West Point” was awarded.

Alex went on to study Vocal Performance and Songwriting at LA Music Academy in Pasadena, where she wrote and recorded several original songs. She continued to perform in gospel choir and sang with the weekly worship band at Azusa Pacific University where she obtained her Bachelors degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in education.

Alex joined the Songbird Team in 2015, and trained with studio owner Whitney Nichole, as well as earning her BAST Singing Teacher Certification studying under Lisa Haupert. She became one of Songbird’s most sought after vocal coaches before taking a break to have her first child. Alex is thrilled to be back as of 2018, and is excited to work with singers again!
