YOGA FOR SINGERS
When we get out of our head and into our body, we become more confident and powerful singers, because we drop into a deeper state of inner awareness.
Whether you are someone who is experienced with yoga or not, this series is designed to help all singers feel relaxed, present, and open —
and is accessible for all experience levels.
We will be incorporating grounding exercises, breath work, and light movement into our vocal explorations so that you can stay more connected to yourself when you sing. This is a great offering for anyone who wants to soften their performance anxiety, learn how to connect more deeply to their body while singing, or learn grounding tools for before and during a vocal performance.
